Jessica A Badebye in Nairobi – Kenya Netizens has another card under their sleeves after they discovered that the President of the International Criminal Court has some cases filed against her.

According to the London Evening Post, ang presidente ng ICC na si Judge Silvia Alejandra Fernández de Gurmendi received US$17 million just to continue the case against Sudanese President Omar Al Bashir in ICC. 

The bribery happened around 2004 until 2015. The ICC issued the arrest warrant against Al Bashir last March 4. 2009.

De Gurmendi is an Argentinian that served as Special Advisor and Director of Office of the Prosecutor in ICC from 2004 until 2006.

He was promoted to being a judged last November 18, 2009 and started his service last January 20, 2010. 

Last March 11, 2015 she was appointed as President of the ICC and her term ended last March 18, 2015.
