LAGLAGAN NAH| Ayon sa abogadong si Jude Sabio: "Fr. Alejo swindled me and Trillanes malversed funds to pay me"

"Trillanes malversed funds to pay me" ito ay ayon umano sa abugado na si Jude Sabio, na naghain noong 2017 ng mga paratang na “mass murder” sa International Criminal Court laban kay Pangulong Duterte.

Kasama na isang dosena at iba pang mga opisyal, pati na ang kanyang mga sinasabing kaalyado na sina Sen. Richard Gordon, pagkatapos ay si Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano at pagkatapos ay House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez.

Gayunpaman, sinabi ni Sabio noong Enero 2020 sa tagausig ng ICC sa isang sinumpaang affidavit na inaatras niya ang kanyang reklamo, at hiniling nito na "alisin ito mula sa talaan."

Isa pa umanong dahilan nang pagbabago ng isip ni Sabio ay nang kanyang mapagtanto ang pagsasabwatan nina Trillanes, paring si Albert Alejo, Sen. Leila de Lima at ang natitirang oposisyon na pinamunuan ng Liberal Party na isulong ang pagpapatalsik kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa pwesto at upang si Bise Presidente Leni Robredo ang maging pangulo.

Ang isa pang posibleng dahilan para sa pagbabago ng puso ni Sabio ay ang kanyang "professional fee" umano.

Hindi na umano siya nababayaran simula nang ito ay wala na sa serbisyo bilang isang senador at hindi rin natupad ang mga ipinangako naman ni Alejo sa kanya.*

Binunyag din ni Sabio na si Alejo umano ang nasa likod ng “Bikoy: Totoong Narcolist” na kumalat sa YouTube noong April 2019.

Maaalalang sinasabi sa video na ang pamilyang Duterte ay sangkot sa isang drug-syndicate at ang anak nitong si Paolo ay tumatanggap ng suhol mula sa mga drug lord.

Gayunman, makaraan ang ilang linggo, bumaliktad si "Bikoy", sumuko sa mga awtoridad at isiniwalat na ang mga video ay pawang binubuo nina Alejo, Trillanes at iba pang taga oposisyong Dilawan.

Ayon pa kay Sabio, ginawa ni Alejo ang mga naturang video sa "Communication Center" ng Ateneo de Manila campus kung saan siya nakatira.*

“In November  2016,  Fr. Alejo through his coordinator told me to make a professional billing for my professional services for Edgar Matobato  [who claimed he was a member of the Davao Death Squads under Duterte’s aegis] because, according to him, even the FLAG [Free  Legal  Assistance Group] lawyers are being paid by them.

I did the billing for  three days, which amounted to P700,000 for the several cases of Matobato in Davao, covering my professional fees and actual work just  for the period from October 5 to November 15,  2016.

 However, later or in January 2017, I was rudely informed by Fr. Alejo  thru his coordinator that they could not afford to pay my billing and that after all there was no agreement about payment for my fees.

I was perplexed, because I was told to make a billing, giving me the  impression that I was to be paid for my services. I raised this matter  with Senator Trillanes more than two years later in our meeting on April 29, 2019. Senator Trillanes characterized as ‘linlang’ or deception what  Fr. Alejo did to me.”*

“In April 2017, before I left for The Hague, Netherlands, I was happy when Senator Trillanes told me that he would increase my monthly allowance from P50,000 to P100,000. He made an arrangement for a consultancy with his office under the name of another person, from  which my allowance of  P100,000 would be drawn.

The monthly allowance of P100,000 existed until January 2018 when he told  me that  he was having a hard time with his finances in the Senate, prompting  him to reduce my allowance to P50,000. effective February 2018. My allowance was never reverted to P100,000 and it was cut off at the end  of  June 2019 [when Trillanes’ term as senator ended] which  made  my life very difficult.” Ayon pa kay Sabio

Tila naglalabas ng hinaing ng totoong mga si Sabio, kaya napaka detalyado ng kanyang mga sinabi.

Sa sinumpaang salaysay ni Sabio sa kanyang pakikipag-usap sa tagausig ng ICC, at posibleng sa pakikipagtulungan niya, dapat umanong sampahan ng administrasyong Duterte ng kaso si Trillanes.
